1 cup of almond milk or hemp milk
1/4 of a pineapple
3 or 4 kale leaves
(I also added in my vit B complex and calcium)
Put everything in the blender and let 'er rip!

- I started this blog to keep track of my kitchen creations. I love cooking and eating. In 2008 I was diagnosed with RA. Food started becoming a huge problem.
